"Actually really easy to get around"
I went on onehanesplace.com to look for some bras, and it was actually easy to use. The menus made sense, and I didn’t feel like I had to click around forever just to find what I needed.
The filters worked well for sizes and colors, and checkout was actually clear too. Nothing super fancy, just simple and quick, which I liked.

"Pretty good for everyday wear"

I wasn’t really sure what to expect when I ordered it, and I kind of forgot to keep checking the tracking after the first day or two. The packaging looked normal and everything was in good shape when it showed up. the nice surprise was that it got here quickly and there weren’t any delivery problems.

I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, just decent basics for the money, and that’s pretty much what I got. Shipping was fine and everything showed up as expected. I tried it on and thought, yep, this is pretty much the size I was expecting. It might be just a tiny bit loose, but not in a bad way. More like, okay, I can actually move around and be comfortable. So overall, no complaints from me.

"Shockingly, the stuff actually lasts"
I’ve ordered from onehanesplace.com a few times now, and somehow the thing that keeps standing out is the durability. Wild concept, I know, clothes that don’t immediately fall apart after you wash them.
The bras and tees I picked up have been through plenty of laundry cycles, and they’re still holding their shape. No weird stretching, no seams giving up on life, no mystery fabric disasters so far.
Shipping was totally fine too, but I’m mostly impressed that the clothes have lasted better than I expected for the price. So yeah, annoyingly enough, I’m happy with it...

"Refund took around two weeks"
I ordered from onehanesplace.com and ended up returning a couple of things. The return process itself was simple, so no issue there. The annoying part was the refund. I kept checking my card for maybe a week or so and still nothing had posted. When I contacted customer service, they basically just told me to wait. I did finally get the money back, but it took roughly 10 to 14 days, which felt longer than it should’ve.
